HOME INFORMATION PACK PRICES

PRICES for the basic HIP in Kent (excluding London) NO VAT IS PAYABLE

Leasehold Property with up to five bedrooms £330 (includes 1 hard copy HIP and 6 CD’s) excluding the cost of any additional payments that may be required to the Landlord/Management Company for the required leasehold information which the Seller will have to pay for separatelyRegistered Freehold Property  with up to five bedrooms £320, (includes 1 hard copy HIP and 6 CD’s)
 
Unregistered Freehold Property  with up to five bedrooms £330 (includes 1 hard copy HIP and 6 CD’s)
  
Leasehold Property with up to five bedrooms £330 (includes 1 hard copy HIP and 6 CD’s) excluding the cost of any additional payments that may be required to the Landlord/Management Company for the required leasehold information which the Seller will have to pay for  separately
    
Additional Hard Copies  @ £15 each
      
Additional Electronic Copies @ £5 each
