Surveys

Surveys carried out for Lenders are usually a valuation report only and may not give you the in depth information you want. If you are concerned to investigate the House in more detail a surveyor can be arranged for you. He can undertake a survey of the property and record his findings in a formal report. The survey can be as detailed as you wish although of course the charge will vary depending upon how comprehensive a survey you require. The choice is yours.

Lettings

Our panel of Letting Agents are able to offer properties to let for those who cannot or do not want to buy. They can act for Landlords in managing properties and if you would like further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
